Pre Application for Public Housing

A simple one page Pre Application to apply for the wait list for public housing.  Please print this form and completely fill out all fields.  Pre applications are accepted in person at our main office at 475 Maple Street in Holyoke, MA between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Lyman Terrace - February 17th Notice

The City of Holyoke

 is informing the public about an environmental review (study) done on behalf of the Holyoke Housing Authority for the future removal and sale of the Lyman Terrace Housing Complex.  This review was done to meet the requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  The environmental review (study) looked at the project’s effects on people and the community and determined that the project will have no significant impact.
