Assistant Property Manager
Assists Property Manager in all facets of public housing including but not limited to
Lease compliance and rent collection, completion of weekly and monthly reports.
Works daily with residents in enforcing lease compliance for the safety of all residents.
Assists with tenant conferences. Attends various community meetings when requested.
Ability to work independently. Communicate clearly both orally and in writing. Present
a professional manner. Be knowledgeable in use of a computer and various systems.
A minimum of (2) years experience in public housing or related field. Capability to obtain a
Public Housing Manager Certificate. Possession of a valid Massachusetts drivers license and
a willingness to use personal vehicle in course of employment. Bilingual preferred
