The Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) along with Ameresco and local political leaders celebrated the completion of a second energy performance contract (EPC) at the HHA.
Thanks to the Governor his administration and staff at DHCD who visited Holyoke to announce the awarding of tax credits for the rehabilitation of Lyman Terrace. This announcement and event represents the culmination of a lot of hard work by residents, stakeholders, the city, TCB and the HHA board of commissioners and staff. This is a major step in making a marked improvement in the center city. We look forward to another celebration and ribbon cutting in the near future!
