Churchill Homes I and II have a site based waiting list. This means that families can apply directly at the Churchill Homes office at 334 Elm Street when the waiting list is open or with any questions regarding the waiting list.
Opening of the waiting list will be announced with a public notice that will state when, where and how to apply. The public notice will also state any limitations to who may apply.
