Written comments on the ACOP or Administrative Plan must be submitted in writing to the Authority’s Administrative Office at 475 Maple Street, Suite One, Holyoke, MA 01040 and must be received by close of business (4:30 pm) on June 30th. A Public Hearing to receive comments on the Plan will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd at 2:00 PM via Zoom.
