About HHA
Since 1938, the Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) has been committed to providing safe, affordable housing and housing assistance to individuals and families throughout the City of Holyoke. What began with the development of Lyman Terrace has grown into an organization that serves more than 2,000 households through public housing, rental assistance, and supportive housing programs.
Today, HHA owns and manages hundreds of public housing units across multiple developments throughout the city while also administering rental assistance programs that help residents access housing in the private market. Our housing options serve families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, helping residents find stable housing that meets their unique needs.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and quality housing opportunities while fostering communities where residents can thrive. We are dedicated to preserving housing resources, supporting resident success, and responding to the evolving needs of the Holyoke community.
