How to Apply

For federal voucher programs the Holyoke Housing Authority participates in the Massachusetts Centralized Waiting List.  For more information and to apply, please visit their site at MASSNAHRO Centralized Waiting List. If you prefer a paper application, they can be picked up at 475 Maple Street at the HHA’s offices.

MRVP (Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program) and AHVP (Alternative Housing Voucher Program)

The MRVP and AHVP programs are state based voucher programs.

The Raymond P. Murphy Congregate House is a shared senior living (60+) development.  It is a housing option which fosters independence, provides supportive services, allows privacy, and encourages companionship. The application for the Murphy Congregate House can be found here.

Churchill Homes consists of 100 federally assisted rental units. Applications may be obtained and returned at the HHA offices located at 475 Maple Street. Alternatively, you may download the public housing application here but you must return the original application to the office.
