Draft FY 2027 Moving to Work (MTW) Annual Plan - Comments and Public Hearing Notice
The Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) is a participant in HUD’s Moving to Work Demonstration Program (MTW). The draft FY 2027 Moving to Work Annual Plan will be available for review from September 4, 2026 to October 3, 2026 at the Authority’s Administrative Office, 475 Maple Street, Holyoke, MA 01040 or available for download below. Copies of the draft FY 2027 Moving to Work Annual Plan may also be obtained by contacting the Authority at 413-539-2229. The Authority’s hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Written comments on the draft FY 2027 Moving to Work Annual Plan must be addressed to FY 2027 Moving to Work Annual Plan Comments at the Authority’s Administrative Office address above and must be received by close of business (4:00pm) on October 3, 2026.
A Public Hearing to receive comments on the Plan will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd at 2:30PM. The hearing can be accessed on Zoom with Meeting ID: 812 9063 3270 or 1-929-439-2866.
